These dresses are handmade by women artisans in India using 100% cotton up-cycled saris.

Each piece is uniquely beautiful and features exquisite hand stitching known as "kantha" that is done by women artisans in West Bengal, India.

Sevya Handmade works communities throughout India By providing a sustainable livelihood to these artisans, they help to ensure that these artisans, and their craft traditions, can continue to flourish.

Sevya is a member of the Fair Trade Federation.

A note about Kantha fabric:

Kantha fabric is created using new and vintage fabrics and may sometimes have small holes, spots and loose threads.
This does not impact the wearability and integrity of the Kantha fabric.
