Shipping is based on weight and destination zip code and we ship via USPS

Any purchase over $200 includes free shipping with will be shipped with the standard lowest rate available to us.

If you pay for expedited shipping this does not mean your item will ship out faster(unless we have spoken about it prior to your purchase), it just means that when your item does ship, it will reach you quicker than our normal standard shiping time. (4-7 business days).

 All items shipped will have a tracking number.  Please allow an additional 1-2 days from when your shipping label was printed for it to reach the Post Office. 

Although this situation is extremely rare, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit or after delivery but we will do our best to help you track them down and figure out a solution.
We do not refund for lost or stolen packages. You are welcome to file a claim via the USPS website.

Please double check your address before placing your order to make sure there are no delays or deliveries to wrong addresses. If a package does come back to me because of an address error on the customers side I will have to ask that you pay for postage again to get it back to the correct address.
