Because of the unique and one-of-a-kind aspects of our products we offer returns for store credit only with 20 days of the item arriving to you. 

A flat rate $6.00 return shipping is deducted from store credit.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Coupon Code Policies:

-any sale price or new coupon codes can not be applied to previously placed and fully processed orders(i.e item has shipped and is in transit).

Shipping Policies 

We ship using USPS.

Ground Advantage 3-10 days travel time from when the item arrives at the post office. 

Priority Mail-2-3 days travel time from when the item arrives at the post office.

All items shipped will have a tracking number.  Please allow an additional 1-2 days from when your shipping label was printed for it to reach the Post Office. 

Although this situation is extremely rare, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit or after delivery but we will do our best to help you track them down and figure out a solution.
We do not refund for lost or stolen packages. 

Please double check your address before placing your order to make sure there are no delays or deliveries to wrong addresses. If a package does come back to us because of an address error on the customers side I will have to ask that you pay for postage again to get it back to the correct address.
